Teen Ministries Director Purpose of Position: To provide vision and leadership to the programs of Aim Right which focus on Jr. High and High school age youth Description: Prepare, coordinate, and lead the Teen Night program, volunteers, and/or special events. Initiate and implement a discipleship program for teens (involved with Aim Right or Crossroads) who desire to grow in their relationship with God. Regularly (weekly) visit youth involved in programs.
