-He’s played for the Houston Astros, the Chicago Cubs, the Detroit Tigers, the Arizona Diamondbacks, the LA Dodgers, and the Florida Marlins.

-He played in the 2001 World Series, and his team happened to win the World Series that year, too.

-A piece of gum chewed by him during a spring training game was sold for $10,000.

-He’s the first Diamondbacks player to have his number retired.

And one more fact:

-He will be the guest speaker at Aim Right’s Dinner Banquet this fall, on November 2nd.
